Cancellation Policy: Please note that registration is a firm commitment to attend and there are no refunds. If you cannot make it due to a health or family emergency we will offer up a studio voucher so you can reschedule to a future class up to 24 hours prior to the class for full amount paid. You can also have someone else you choose take your place.
Missed Classes: We can not offer space in future classes as a result for absences but any missed class time can be made up during our open studio hours as described below. Instructors and Back of House staff are always receptive to questions and the studio provides a hand selected video playlist of all techniques and forms taught in class for additional guidance.
Open Studio Hours:
Tuesday-Saturday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday: 1:00pm- 7:00pm
Space may be limited and is on a first come first serve basis after active members.
